Check In

• The check in must be from the customer at least one day in advance via email or by phone at +39 3316430020, and it is welcome to arrive between 11.30 and 18.30

• Different times should be communicated via e-mail or phone

• Upon booking you can book a taxi or shuttle service or Rent Smart

Check out

• The check out is at 10:00 am unless arrangements

Regulation Respecting

• It is forbidden to smoke in the suites.

• It is forbidden to disturb other guests of the structure.

• Each suite has its own outdoor space, you find outdoor table and chairs

• Pets are subject to prior agreements with a cost of 10 euros per day.

• You have to pay the amount of your stay at the time of ‘arrival.

• Reservations without deposit of 30% or in the absence of a credit card number and expiry date are not confirmed.

• It is denied access to outsiders and people not registered in the direction of, any additional guests must be reported   prior to entry.

• The direction is not liable for any personal items left unattended in the Suites or in communal areas. There are safes available in each Suite. Will be the responsibility of the guests keep personal items of value, both in suites and in common areas of the structure.

• Passenger cars, trucks etc.. Stay inside the park are not insured for theft, the guests should be sure that the car is close and that you dont  leave anything of value inside.It is recommended that guests not lords move, remove or destroy any object contained within the suites and public areas of the structure. Any violation will be reported to the authorities of Public Security. Other to stay for a week is required to guarantee a credit card or make a deposit of 200 euros which will be returned upon departure.
